Planting...it's work!

The weather has finally been nice and I was able to work in the flower beds on Saturday. I had to get more dirt and ended up with about 500 pounds of it. Dave was getting the garden soil prepared so I had to lift all the bags by myself. Ciara wanted to help, but realized quickly that "it's heavy mommy". I was pretty happy with the result of my labor, but I still have more to do. Hopefully, I can get it done this week so I can sit in my yard and enjoy.

On a side note, we bought a wooden swingset for Ciara over a month ago. The weather was yucky for a while and then Dave was too busy with work and mowing the yard. Finally, he has been working on it and it's almost completed. I should have a happy little girl playing on her swingset this week. Weather permitting. lol
