When I was a kid I would ask my mom if a friend could spend the night with me...right in front of the friend. Now I know how my mother felt. The other night Ciara and her cousins, Kaeden and Kelden, made plans for them to spend the night with Ciara. Kelden started it off by announcing that his bubby was spending the night with Ciara and of course the other two kept asking every few minutes. So what is a mom to do when her little girl asks so sweetly for her cousin to spend the night? Oh, did I mention the "look"? The one that melts your heart? So... Kaeden spent the night. He is a sweet little guy and they play well together. Anyway, they did fine, we went to the store, ate at Mickey D's and they played dress-up. That was a hoot!!! I took some pics of the kids, mostly to show Kaeden when he's grown up.

I just love this. I was embarrassed that they kept asking too. Hopefully, Ciara can come and stay with us some night soon. Next time I'll have to send a boy costume with Kaeden. So glad they have a cousin here to play with.
